Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

At Grad & Go, we strive to make sure your subscription box arrives on time and in perfect condition.

Shipping Rates & Methods

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Standard shipping is $9.95 per box via USPS.

  • Yearly subscribers receive discounted shipping, as listed on each product page.

Address & Personalization Accuracy

Please double-check your name, address, and personalization details (including spelling for names and monograms) before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect names, initials, monograms, or shipping addresses provided by the subscriber.

Delivery & Courier Responsibility

Once your box leaves our facility, it is in the hands of USPS. We are not liable for delays, mishandling, or lost/stolen packages caused by the courier.

  • All packages are insured through USPS.

  • If you experience issues such as delivery problems, mishandling, or lost/stolen boxes, please contact USPS directly to file a claim or open an investigation.

We appreciate your understanding and attention to detail so we can continue delivering the best possible Grad & Go experience every month.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Grad & Go, we take pride in the care and attention that goes into every subscription box. Many of our products are personalized with your name, initial, or monogram—making them one-of-a-kind and created just for you.
Personalized Items

  • Due to their custom nature, personalized items are non-returnable and non-creditable except in cases where there is an error on our part.

  • Please double-check all spelling, initials, and personalization details before placing your order. We are not responsible for incorrect personalization provided by the customer.

Non-Personalized Items

  • Store credit may be issued for non-personalized items only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

  • If this happens, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue.

  • Once approved, we will exchange the item or issue a store credit for the value of the item(s) to be used toward a future Grad & Go purchase.

General Conditions

  • Store credits will be sent in the form of a digital code and can be applied to any future order.

  • Credits cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used within 12 months of issue date.

  • Shipping fees are non-creditable except in cases where the issue is due to our error.

  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted or credited.

We want every Grad & Go experience to be a positive one and will work with you to ensure any issues are handled quickly and fairly.
